This will significantly reduce manual workload for recruiters. Our AI also corrects and enriches data from ATS and VMS systems and job orders from emails, handling unstructured data without extensive manual effort. A key feature of our solution is the integration of customer-specific ontologies, ensuring flexibility and compatibility with the variations used by customers of staffing agencies, which simplifies adoption without requiring any manual data mapping or structuring.
