Keenious - applying AI for knowledge workers

This research project is a collaborative effort between Keenious, the Glenlead Centre at the University of Cambridge, Oslo Metropolitan University, and Schibsted. It aims to integrate Text-Based Recommendation Systems (TBRS) with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Keenious, a Norwegian company, has made strides in academic research by using natural language processing for better information retrieval. The goal is to merge the capabilities of TBRSs and LLMs, addressing challenges in existing search technologies. This integration aims to serve knowledge-intensive sectors like academia and journalism, potentially revolutionizing how we access context-specific information. The project employs Design-Based Research methods and introduces a new concept called Large Language Models Augmented Recommender Systems (LLM-ARS).
