New antibody phage display library

Monoclonal antibodies have revolutionized the treatment of cancer and autoimmunity over the past decades. TCR-Like antibodies is new and expanding class of engineered antibodies targeting pHLA molecules – a disease target up to now unreachable with conventional antibodies in human therapy. Nextera has a strategic focus on therapeutic TCR-Like antibody development based on a proven track record in this space. To further strengthen this capability, we will in this project generate a new state-of-the-art fully human antibody phage library as part of our proprietary NextCore platform. The validation of the library will be integrated with our commercial development strategy towards discovery and development of novel therapeutic TCR-Like antibodies towards clinically validated pHLA targets within cancer and autoimmunity. Mature commercial and clinical development of candidate antibodies will be aligned with our collaborative and partnering business model.
