Coremine Vitae offers a biomedical report or insights to patients based on their unique profile (biomarker status, medical history, previous treatments, and preferences). This includes information about standard treatments (according to local and international guidelines), biomarker status and potential new tests, experimental treatments, and clinical trials. In this Skattefunn project we will develop and test various tools that can improve the quality of our biomedical reports and at the same time reduce the production effort (analysis). A key challenge in this project will be how we can utilize AI tools and methods for analyzing complex medical information and present it to the average patient while at the same time fulfilling the doctor's information need for informed decision-making.
