The goal of this project is to finalize the development of our next generation oncolytic viruses and demonstrating a strenghtened anti-cancer effect compared to competetive viruses. Furter we hope to find new combination treatments for the new ONCOS-200 viruses through cooperations, combining our new viruses with other potentially synergistic products. With the potential of bringing one or more viruses, alone or in combination, into clinical testing. The most effective and promising vectors will be tested extensively in vitro and in vivo, with an overall goal to test their efficacy and safety in clinical settings. The man goal is to bring to the clinic a new and more effective treatment option to cure solid tumors.
