Ceramic powder technology are manufacturing advanced ceramic oxide by use of spry pyrolysis process. Our manufacturing facility is located at Tiller outside Trondheim. The spray pyrolysis process is a modular process in which some of the steps such as the pyrolysis are continuous process. This is a great starting point for scale up and maintain the quality. We have a broad range of products within various application areas such as fuel cells, lead free piezo, battery materials and more. We are preparing for large volume manufacturing and will through this project develop cost effective sustainable ton scale manufacturing based on the results from this project. During the project we will develop the various steps to be more robust and prepare for further upscaling over time. Input from suppliers, customer, project partners and consultants will be sources to achieve the improved large scale manufacturing lines. All the steps from the pyrolysis to the post treatment to achieve the desired powder properties. Teh development of such process will give the company a competitive advantage and opportunity to gain a considerable market share within several market areas.
