Good job candidates in today’s market have become more selective, and there is an increasing competition between employers to attract suitable candidates and with good skillsets. The use of AI and machine learning techniques has become more important in the recruitment industry, gradually replacing the old fashioned and traditional job search engine platforms such as “finn.no” and “nav.no”. Research have shown that the most suitable job candidates are in fact not active job seekers, but candidates who already are in full employment, the so called “passive jobseekers”. Dreamwork is developing a new and innovative technological solution that are identifying those passive job seekers. An example of a passive job seekers is for example a person that have viewed a vacancy on a website of a company, but not applied for that vacancy. By identifying passive job seekers, we can then target those candidates with remarketing techniques to secure the best and most suitable candidates for our clients.
