At Relynk we create the one API to give building owners and service providers access to a commercial building's real-time data. Currently, existing solutions either require the installation of new sensors and some consultancy work for creating a customer-tailored platform or they are generalized IoT integration platforms that do not work for buildings. Due to these limitations, they are expensive, not easily scalable, and have limited value-add to their users. Relynk aims to resolve this problem by doing all the 'dirty work' of extracting the data, organizing it in a logical manner, and then providing access to it through APIs and SDKs. Solving this problem will enable and accelerate innovation in the real estate industry and will take the industry one step closer to digital transformation.
