The additive manufacturing (AM) technologies, materials and intelligent system are being developed in an unprecedented pace. However, the use cases are currently more confined than what the state-of-the-art AM technologies can offer. Designing a service or a product that can take full advantage of the AM potentials is a challenging task. Using higher level of automation towards reduction of the indirect costs as well as relieving repetitive engineering efforts will be the key to success under current circumstances. Our patented repair procedure enables overhaul and maintenance of the large-scale energy facilities at a fraction of a cost and efforts compared to the classical practices. Since the inception of the developed technology, we have fulfilled and delivered numerous repairs for the Norwegian energy facilities with successful outcome.
