Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
Inline Test AS has developed an intelligent test system that tests pressure safety valves (PSV's) inline without the need for dismounting and transporting the PSV to the workshop for each test. Testing with the Inline technology satisfies all requirements for PSV testing, and makes it possible to re-certify PSVs according to API 527 and 576 inline. Testing inline reduces cost, complexity and HSE exposure compared with todays practice where the PSV must be unmounted, lifted and transported to the workshop for testing. It also increases testing quality and reliability of the valve. Inline's sophisticated software and advanced analytics will also give a continous optimized maintenance program as well as securing improved traceability, data integrity and process accurcay.
