Cable trays with fire protection

In the project a new type of cable tray is being developed. The new type will combine a regular steel cable tray and its support with an innovative fire-resistant thermoplastic material to form a fire-resistance cable management system. This will allow our customers to easily and quickly place safety-critical cables into the protected cable tray that will make sure the critical power supply and other important connections are maintained for a certain duration of time in fire scenarios. The new solution will reduce time and effort required today to protect the safety-critical electrical cables.
