Recurring maintenance is necessary to ensure operational safety and regularity in major established industries such as process industry, offshore drilling, oil and gas production, power production and distribution, transportation and healthcare. It is equally important in emerging industries such as offshore wind. Maintenance work in such industries is complex, resource intensive, time consuming and costly, and there are severe safety hazards and economic costs associated with plant downtime if there is a failure to perform the right preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the right time. Visavi LIVE is a software that provides real-time visualisation and efficient execution of maintenance operations. The system pulls all relevant data from any underlying system and integrates the data visually on a large touch screen and makes the data highly accessible, user-friendly and collaboration-centric. LIVE is currently used by major industry customers like Borregaard, Neptune Energy, Aker BP, RepsolSinopec and Repsol on three continents. OptiPlan will further strengthen the LIVE offering by adding an automated optimisation-based planning engine and related capabilities that will build on the holistic data and visualisation platform already present in LIVE. By adding powerful new capability related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, VISAVI will move far ahead of emerging competitors internationally by offering what is missing in the market: A powerful optimisation engine that allows the user to reschedule their maintenance activities efficiently again and again, with a user-centered interface that makes this process easy to supervise and trust so that the necessary full adoption by the organisation is achieved. OptiPlan will become an integrated module in the existing LIVE software platform.
