Smart Marinas will allow boat owners to easily find and book Marina places online, facilitating a better travel experience. Municipality and private marina owners will benefit by reducing the cost per transaction of renting out harbor spots and facilitating amenities like power. Smart ticketing will enable easier transport across Norway, customers will no longer need to interact with multiple apps and systems to make the journey from their home to a destination in another city. All trains, buses and Ferry tickets needed can be booked in one easy process and user only needs one ticket to travel across platforms. Customers will be able to board the bus/train/ferry and have their phones automatically sync with the onboard system to identify and handle the individuals ticket. Our conversational artificial intelligence system will be able to reduce organizations customer service resources, while leaving the end user more satisfied.
