Vaccibody is developing cutting-edge, targeted DNA vaccines for clinical use, based on a deep understanding of immunological principles. Vaccibody’s lead product candidate is VB10.NEO, a personalized therapeutic cancer neoantigen vaccine is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/IIa clinical trial. The study will recruit up to 60 patients with advanced or metastatic tumors (melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and renal cell carcinoma) to study the tolerabilty, immunogenicty and early efficacy of VB10.NEO immunotherapy. The individualized VB10.NEO cancer vaccine will be manufactured specifically for each patient as the vaccine is designed to express cancer neoantigen unique for each patients tumor.
