The project will develope state-of-the-art of the technology within Augmented Reality Virtual Simulation and Gamification techniques. The project authors will combine innovative knowledge, specific methods and tools in urban, landscape architecture, sociology and information communication technologies to create an innovative solution for public and business entities. In summary the project will create: • a unique application that enables clients to talk live with a professional real-estate advisor / contractor and ask any questions they may have about floorplans, pricing, and options. At the same time, the advisor / contractor can show them around the development, making sure that clients understand the location, the project, and the units. • With Multi-User feature in application you can connect multiple clients of application together to work collaboratively in a shared editing session, building a single virtual world together with your teammates and colleagues in real time.
