Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
To enable a technology with high potential to disrupt the gene synthesis market, ColdLigase aims at developing and producing a cold active ligase as the main driver in this technology. This work will tackle all steps from discovery, development and making prototypes for the relevant technologies. Arcticzymes will focus mainly on developing a process for making functional prototypes while two other partners, Legomics, Denmark, and researchers at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, will focus on discovery, biochemical characterization and protein enigineering.
