Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
The enhanced Pipeline Recovery Tool is capable of bi-directional isolation while allowing for fast dewatering of the pipeline and stopping a dewatering pig in high speed without the impact causing tool to over-stressing the pipeline or cause structural damage to tool. This will assist pipeline owners during pipeline recovery operations allowing them to reduce size of recovery vessels and reduce the standby for dewatering. The enhanced PRT tool will cover a gap in TDW's EPRS capabilities where the existing PRT tool cannot be used. The new tool provides a solution to the market challenges with isolating high reverse pressure in form of a reliable and easy tool to operate.
