Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
Development of a Dynamical Incentive Model for Drilling & Wells Energy Dynamics has developed a Dynamical Incentive Model aiming to increase productivity and cost-efficiency in drilling projects. The effect of the project will improve by making the involved parties in drilling projects incentive compatible, and ensure they are working towards common goals. The model uses real-time data, and the project participants will receive continuous updates on how bonus/risk status is changing, communicated as concave-convex sloped graphical outlines. Similar graphical outlines are distributed to all participating members, fostering stimulation of desired behavior from the project participants.
