Baker Hughes Norge AS has clients that operate within the Oil & Gas industry and face significant challenges when looking to improve the decision making of offshore asset operation, particularly in the drilling service line of the company. These activities include significant costs and time delays associated with the current methods of sourcing and analysing information, which subsequently lead to slower less informed decision making. Therefore, BH will look to create an innovative solution, driving forward the intelligent monitoring, data gathering and analysis of offshore assets to vastly reduce the time taken to get results and therefore create a more efficient and cost-effective decision making process. This will ultimately reduce unplanned shutdowns in operations, and increase the safe operating potential, saving significant costs and protecting personnel.
