Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
BHGE have taken it upon themselves to expand the capabilities of H2S scavenging within the oil and gas industry. Significant problems exist in the current method of scavenging operations in the oil & gas industry. Most notably, a by-product from the chemical reactions that take place in the scavenging technology. Therefore, the company will look to develop new chemical compounds and systems to implement such chemicals, in a way that can reliably perform the scavenging operation without compromising the advanced capability of mitigating by-product build up and detrimental side-effects to the marine life environment and offshore infrastructure.
