InLine-Test - Intelligent Testing Systems. The in-line test system is a new technology for testing of pressure safety valves (PSVs) developed by Inline-Test AS. The technology is based on testing of PSVs in-line, rather than in a valve workshop. This is done with a custom-made test system which is directly connected to the process plant. Testing in-line will give significant reduction in material handling, HSE exposure, test time and personnel cost. The technology makes it possible to re-certify the valve according to API 527 and 576 without taking the valve out of the line for each test.
