Vissim is a world leading supplier of Maritime Awareness and Offshore Energy (Offshore Wind Farm) solutions. Vissim’s technologies lie behind some of the largest and most complex surveillance and logistics planning solutions for Offshore Wind farms. Vissim is a highly innovative information technology company and, for more than thirty years, the company have provided essential capabilities to our customers to enable them to protect their offshore energy assets, and in the recent years, to also optimize their logistics planning and execution. Today, the general digitalization development trend leads to a demand for significant new digital Offshore Wind logistics planning capabilities. With regard to establish integrated planning operations, and a to reach a satisfactory level of logistics information sharing across the actors that are involved in the logistics planning process and the execution of the logistics on an operational level. The aim of this project is do carry out a major upgrade of Vissim’s current OSEM solution for Offshore Wind farms in order to meet the current and coming customer requirements resulting from the ongoing digitalization transformation taking place within the Offshore Wind Renewable industry.
