This will cover a wide range of activities that will go from detailed characterization of poLight actuator, driver in a view to use it for AF functionality in imaging camera module system as well as create camera module reference design as well as developing application like AIF, bokeh, depth map extraction applications up to demonstrating and validating the total solution in mobile phone with potential customer. Methodology of testing, design rules, calibration procedure, reference design, SW high level and low level packaged as well as technical report will be the outcome of the projects as well as IP creation and as proven reference implementation of innovative and unmatched performances AF Camera for potential customers. The project will focus on single camera AF implementation using latest and highest performance sensor and lens with the entire family of poLight products as a first step, but then will migrate as a second step to multicamera solution as well.
