Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
Immune cell therapy with gene modified T cells finds application in treatment of cancer, infectious diseases, autoimmunity and transplantation. The manufacture of these cells is a multi-step process and takes approximately 3 weeks which is not only a challenge from the providers but also from a patients perspective. We will develop a tool which allows active release of target T cells that have been isolated with Dynabeads and thereby increase control during the T cell manufacturing process and shorten T cell drug manufacturing time.
