Offentlig prosjektsammendrag
The aim of this project is to improve the physical quality of salmon feed. The intention is to develop tools and procedures to anticipate production issues that could affect the quality of our feeds and, ultimately, have a potential negative effect on the performance of our fish. More specifically we will be focus having a better understanding of factors causing fat leakage in salmon feeds and the development of the NIR technology with the view of having more control of nutrient composition in a faster way.
