New product to filtration

Mechanical filtration requires materials than can handle tough environment such as high temperature, fast temperature variations, aggressive chemical or abrasive particles. Ceramics and more specifically Silicon Carbide are well suited for this application due to their specific properties. Engines exhaust gas filtration is now required in many countries, in Europe for diesel and now for gasoline cars, but also in India and China. Mechanical liquid filtration is also growing to reduce the use of chemicals (for example swimming pool water cleaning, ground water treatment) and pollution to the environment (process fluids cleaning). SGCM is developing specific products for this applications. The main goal is to provide powders to our customer that help them to improve the efficiency of their filters, reduce their cost and reduce the environmental footprinp of our production.
