State-of-the-art dealer management system for the automotive industry

Incadea Norway has been in the car dealer markets since 1986. We are part of Microsoft Global Independent Software Vendor and will develop and integrate solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, CRM and BI platforms. Incadea is one of the biggest Independent Software Vendors (ISV) for Microsoft and is a member of the ISV partner advisory council. Deep automotive expertise is one of Incadea's core competitive differentiators and is the result of long-term relationships with major car manufacturers such as BMW Group, VW Group, OPEL and others. Over the last 15+ years, Incadea has successfully supported all key business processes in the automotive industry and provided tools to drive business efficiency. Incadea Norway will focus on research of new car dealer business process trends and business process solutions. We aim to develop cutting edge dealer management systems, social customer relationship management and social customer care technology, optimised for our target markets. We will research how data-driven solutions including BI and machine learning technologies can optimise and innovate Norwegian and Scandinavian car dealer's business processes. Creating a preconfigured business platform that aims to solve 80-90% of the average car dealer needs, will help our customers reduce cost and time compared to using traditional solutions.
