The scope of the New Generation Secure Recording Solution Project is the development of completely new software solutions for the criminal and justice market. Indico Systems has since 2000 delivered high quality software for secure recording and evidential management solutions. For the criminal justice sector, Indico Systems has helped to improve the performance in suspect, witness and victim interviewing processes over the past decades. More than 100 customers around the world, including police forces, children’s safe houses, courts and the UN, today rely on these solutions. New technological advancements and opportunities emerging with internet, cloud-based solutions, Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the widespread use of mobile devices and phones, demand for customer oriented and mobile solutions, where recording can be performed at any place and at any time and still meet security and standardisation requirements. The main objective is in this context to develop, test and implement a secure and safe high tech mobile application solution, with seamless integration and use of video, image and sound with smart recognition features.
