Our aim is to develop the first generation of digital employees. We will research and design state-of-the art software bot technologies including AI/ML and Robot Process Automation, for developing market leading bots for empowering customer support, customer care, social CRM integrations and invoice processing. We will be able to offer robust, secure, scalable and attractive priced botshoring services, pre-trained bots that can be customized for several application systems included leading CRM solutions. We will research and develop our own AI/ML models for implementation across a portfolio of digital employees, Roger, Roberta and Rosy. With our new products, we believe we can offer more innovative and cognitive solutions with numerous benefits, such as: - Work 24/7 without "getting exhausted" - Not prone to make errors - Work faster than most human counterpart - Can be trained to do other tasks if needed - Can learn from previous mistakes We will aim to develop the most advanced Norwegian / Scandinavian artificial intelligence / machine learning based bots in the market. Combining the architecture with software and services within artificial intelligence / machine learning AI/ML, RPA and native NLP features with APIs to enterprise solutions, will provide for new and unique services.
