Development of an intelligent service platform for the hospitality industry

This project will result in a modern and innovative service platform for the hospitality industry. We will use integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in existing environment to greatly improve the foundation for new and unique services which will benefit both hospitality industry management and their guests. Our platform will dramatically improve the efficiency of the hospitality management by offering broad insight about their guests and their needs in order to optimize decision making, asset utilization and employee empowerment. It will offer advanced reporting based on analysis, trend/predictive data and third party data to the management. Based on this the hotel management can find guest/booking patterns and improve marketing strategies. Early, accurate information minimizes hotel resources and optimizes effective time for the employees of the hotel. The platform will improve the guest experience by facilitating and customize the stay and the services offered. This is achieved by using technology based on AI and ML to gather data, process it and ensure predictive analyzes and proactive actions in accordance with the preferences of each guest. Based on this the hotel/resort can offer proposed services especially adapted to each guest. Existing solutions are mainly designed for room sales, while many hotels/resorts today want to offer additional services such as conferences, activities (SPA treatments, golf, ski, rentals, courses) and dining (packed lunches, reservations) in combination with the rooms. For many of these hotels, profitability is closer linked to the sale of additional services rather than the sale of the room itself. Our new platform will be able to offer this kind of services, and the project represents several radical innovations in this segment.
